Exposure levels
An admin can restrict which AI features a workspace may use — from everything, through metadata-only features, to fully off. The setting is enforced server-side, not just hidden in the UI.
Media
Video frames are only sent to a model when you explicitly run an OCR sweep with an AI fallback, and only the cropped burn-in region — not the full frame.
Your own keys
Workspaces on higher tiers can supply their own provider key so AI traffic bills to, and is governed by, their own account.
