Bidding & the shot list

The shot list

The grid every road leads to — shots as rows, departments as columns.

Quick start
  • Open Shot List from the top nav.
  • Rows come from markers (POST) or the script breakdown (PRE).
  • Type days directly, apply a preset, or set them at tier level.
  • Import existing shots by pasting from XLSX or CSV.

Getting rows in

  • From markers — bind a marker and the shot appears.
  • From a script breakdown — accepted work becomes rows grouped by sequence.
  • By import — paste from a spreadsheet; the importer auto-detects a shot code column and you map the rest.

Filling the grid

Every column is a bid category with a rate behind it. Days are fractional to two decimals. On a PRE pack the header carries direct jumps to Bid work types and Bid presets, since that's where the numbers actually come from.

Status

Shots carry a status — Bidding, Award, CTD, Omit — which filters the rail and the export. Use Omit rather than deleting when a shot might come back.
