Invite teammates and control who can do what.
Quick start
- Account menu → Members & invites (admins only).
- Invite by email — invites are valid for 7 days.
- Roles: viewer, editor, admin, owner.

Role capabilities
- Viewer — read-only. Can browse and export.
- Editor — plus create/edit shots, markers, bids. Can undo.
- Admin — plus members, categories, work types, presets, and workspace settings.
- Owner — everything, plus plan and AI keys.
Invites
Invited users get a link that's good for seven days. If someone already has a Slate account under that address they'll be added to the workspace and sent a sign-in link instead of a signup.
